HOW TO PRAY THE ROSARY OF THE SEVEN SORROWS OF MARY

The Rosary of the Seven Sorrows of Mary is a beautiful devotion that helps us meditate on the suffering the Blessed Virgin Mary endured as the Mother of Jesus. Through this prayer, we unite ourselves with her sorrows and draw closer to the Passion of Christ.

This devotion uses seven sets of seven beads (instead of five decades like the regular rosary). Each set is called a “sorrow.”
